As Hurricane Irma makes history with its Category 4 impact, responders are making plans for the recovery.

Orange County Convention Center has become a staging area for hundreds of utility trucks, ready to serve some staggering numbers once weather conditions improve. Hurricane Irma left an estimated 5 million Florida residents without power, many since the early afternoon hours of Sept. 10. As of the early morning hours of Sept. 11, more than 240,000 outages were reported in the Orange County area.
